You can say that I am confused by these coffee maker reviews and that is the reason I am looking around for help to better understand these reviews and ratings.

I really do not understand how the folks doing the coffee maker reviews can say how good one machine is, almost like it is the best coffee maker and the next moment; do the same for another coffee brewer. If that is the case, how do we know which is the better coffee maker?

After some searching, I discover that it is near impossible to find the best coffee maker. As in, there is no such coffee machines that you just buy off the shelf and it would suit you to a T.

So, when you read these coffee maker reviews, no matter how well the machine sound to you, do not be taken in by the story. The ratings and review page has the ability to make you feels like them. In fact, it wants you to feel like them using the machine.

There would always be term like, “imagine”, “don’ you think so” and some other very suggestive terms. All craft to lead you to think of a certain lifestyle and of course acknowledging that the solution which they propose is the best for you.

This is where many people got stuck into. A certain frame of mind, they believed this is what they want, the type of lifestyle they have, but upon using it, they discover otherwise.

Coffee maker reviews was meant to provide a much unbiased perspective and I believed it started as being just that. But, as the years go by and companies started to come in with sponsorship and marketing funds, the results gets cloudy.

To be fair, most of the ratings and reviews sites still showcase great machines. But no matter how good these machines, it might not be suitable for you.

One of the classic case, would be the rancilio silvia. A very good entry level espresso machines and if you are someone that wants to learn the art of espresso, this would be the machine for you.

But, for those that just want a simple cup of espresso, this machine is very painful due to its complicated steps and you do need some skills to master the use of this machine.

By highlighting this situation, I am trying to bring to your attention the need for a evaluation of your lifestyle prior to purchasing any machines. This would ensure a good fit between the machine and your lifestyle.

Oh, as to the easiest way to understanding and reading the coffee maker reviews, it is to just read it. Simply take it as a form of reference and not be influenced by the result, in the end, it is you that are using the coffee maker not them…
